Sidewalls
2"X4" sidewall framing. Thick (R12) fiberglass batt insulation and 6 mil vapor barrier blankets the sidewall structure. All framework is positioned at 16" O.C construction standards. Vinyl exterior siding with a double 4 ˝” Dutchlap. Easy clean finish surface.
Roof
Brown colored roof shingles. Scissor truss residential style roof construction. (R20) fiberglass batt insulation and 6 mil polyethylene vapor barrier, 3/8” roof sheeting.
Floor
5/8" tongue and groove plywood flooring. Screwed and glued to 2"x6" main floor fame. Seamless Seal Tite polyethylene moisture barrier between chassis and floor. Seam guard under vinyl floor coverings. (R20) Fiberglass batt insulation.
Chassis
Removable hitch assembly. 10" steel “I” beam frame construction. Specially formulated chassis undercoating provides many years of corrosion and paint protection.
